The Cabin - Ski House near Windham

The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. House sits on 9.5 acres abutting a 28 acre semi-private lake surrounded by 325 acres of state protected land. Bdrm 1 has a queen bed. Bdrm 2 has 2 queen beds. Bdrm 3 has 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with a twin pull out trundle bed. Bedroom 4 has a full bed along with a twin bed and a twin bunk bed. Breakfast nook has a futon. Living rm has 3 large leather couches. House sleeps 18 people. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50/pet.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

The Stone House

The Stone House is a historic house built in 1811 beside the Kaaterskill Creek and surrounded by farmers fields and a beautiful Dutch barn. It's 2 hours from the city at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and a perfect base for exploring the Catskills and the Hudson Valley or for spending quiet weekend in the country.
