Luxury B&B accommodation in newly renovated 1890's cottage on the waterfront in historic Battery Point. 5 minutes walk to the heart of Battery Point and 10 minutes to Salamanca Place. Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.

Our reviews say it all ! Great value in gorgeous West Hobart, close to gourmet fare and the famous Hill Street Grocer (prepared deli delights). A short stroll to Hobart & the North Hobart Strip with 70 eateries. Rose Cottage is a sunny modern townhouse + discreet garden + level access. Great coffee around with the fab Smolt Kitchen 50 metres away. Hobart City a stroll away. Bus outside/ or driveway/ or driver may be avail. Amazing views nearby from Hobart's Knocklofty Park.
