The Bakehouse - character - history - convenience

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

Tucked away in Sandy Bay, The Studio is snug, fully self-contained and just 2.5kms from the city’s CBD and famous Salamanca Market. It's the perfect base for visiting Hobart.
