Cosy yet contemporary, this architect designed, free standing townhouse in historical South Hobart is filled with sun, art and views of kunanyi (Mt Wellington). Although surrounded by popular cafes and shops, The Loft is quiet and private. Situated near the stunning Hobart Rivulet, it's an easy 15-20 min walk or 10 min ride to the CBD. Or cycle/walk the other way to the Cascade Brewery.

It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.
