Cozy Apartment near Nørrebro St

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 4 units, but in my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

Stort udvalg af cafeer, restauranter, supermarkeder og special butikker + bedste ismejeri : ) 10 min. gang til Dyssegård St., tog til centrum, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) til centrum, 20-25 min. Obs. Der er skov og strand indenfor cykelafstand. Der er indkøbs og restaurant muligheder indenfor cykel og gå afstand. Lejligheden ligger 10 min gang fra Hellerup station og har separat indgang. Den er ca. 70 m2 og har 2 værelser. Et med kombineret køkken, spisestue og bad, og et med kombineret soveværelse og stue. Værelset har en seng til 2 personer og en sovesofa. Desuden er der et lille toilet ved indgangen.
