The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.
