Freshwater House on Lake Superior - Bohemia close

Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king & one with queen, with lots of closet space. Also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. Kayaks available for use at beach 100 yards East at 8511 M26 Beach

Located on Portage Lake in Chassell, MI, near Houghton with quick access to Michigan Tech University, this rustic family cabin is a great place for either an overnight stay or a longer getaway. It provides a great home base for travel in the Keweenaw peninsula! As a 1930s cabin with a sauna on the lake along with a great view, the focus is on the experience! We find guests who truly enjoy our place are flexible with rustic conditions (not looking for Holiday Inn Express) and young at heart!

Cottage has just been completely remodeled, along with a large enclosed sun room. Your just steps away from a dive into refreshing Lake Superior, sauna allows for a bit more heat to help that dive along. Cottage is located 2 miles from a boat launch, with snowmobile trails nearby, Mt Bohemia ski resort is 19 miles away.

The cabin includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and endless decks and shared dock to enjoy the great outdoors. Within just a few steps you can be a part of the town of Copper Harbor, where you can enjoy the history of the Copper Country, sightseeing, historic Fort Wilkins, quaint gift shopping, great local cuisine, and any outdoor activity that you could possibly think of.

Our Agate Harbor Lakeshore Family Cottage

In our family for the last five decades, this homey Lakeshore cottage is prepped and ready to host newcomers to give them a taste of our Keweenaw Peninsula paradise. Enjoy a private beach with bonfire ring, recently renovated deck with furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (with comfy King, Queen & Twin beds). Centrally located between Copper Harbor and Eagle Harbor, each just a short drive away.
