Amid the salty air and birdsong, our bed looks to the trees and a deep bath with unlimited hot water. Humble living in luxury, the wood stove keeps things cozy and Belgian cushions are perfect for sprawling out in the evenings. Located in sleepy Lufra Cove, a magical corner of Eaglehawk Neck. Tranquil Waterfront Haven on Tasman Peninsula

Perched right on the foreshore and overlooking the bay is Squid Ink Shack. A comfortable & spacious waterfront property with 180 degree views over the bay. It’s a peaceful & tranquil setting among the tall gum trees. Go for a swim, snorkel or kayak right at your front doorstep or take a short leisurely walk down the gravel road to fish off the jetty or launch the boat and let the kids play on the sands of White Beach. Our place is a perfect base to explore all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

So much to do: scenic hikes, swimming, surfing and snorkelling, beach walking, visiting nearby wineries, watching whales, dolphins, seals & albatross. You wont want to leave.

Weekend with Arthur is a 15 minute walk from the Port Arthur Historic site, with views of Point Puer from the spacious covered deck. Walk 15 minutes in the opposite direction and you’ll experience the spectacular views of the Remarkable Caves. Whether it’s partaking in the many beautiful walks in the area, or sightseeing at the historic site or Pennicotts journeys, or you’re looking for a place to relax, Weekend with Arthur is the perfect shack to enjoy all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

Ocean View Coastal Holiday House

Ocean View is a modern well equipped house situated on 4 acres of rain forest, minutes walk from the beautiful surf beach at Eaglehawk Neck and the Tessellated Pavement. Stunning ocean and bush views, and a comfortable and peaceful environment ensure a relaxing stay. Tasman Council rules mean that we can accommodate a strict maximum of 4 guests at any one time. Infants are free but count as a guest. Please don’t book for four guests and then message requesting to have additional guests stay.

Fishing, surfing, bush walking or just relaxing are some of the pastimes you can enjoy right on your door step. Private beach access Wee Doo is newly renovated and fully self contained.

Our property is situated above the Lufra Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, and is a mere 5 minute walk to both Pirates Bay Beach and Tessellated Pavement. The popular tourist attractions of The Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen are an 8 minute drive away. The Port Arthur Historic Site is a 20 minute drive south.
