The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Our cottage is entirely renovated, newly furnished and painted for your enjoyment. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. Sleeps 8. The grill and the outdoor furniture will be brought out for the season. Please feel free to bring your canoes and paddle boards. Minutes away from Atlantic City and LBI.

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

New split air conditioning units have been added as of 2023! Charming waterfront ranch on a quiet lagoon in Tuckerton Beach. Bring your boat to put in at one of our local marina ramps and dock in front of our house for your entire stay! Enjoy the view, kayaks (2), fire pit, and meals on the grill for a true lagoon life experience! We would love to host your fishing trip, get away, or family vacation! Pets are welcome but please include them in your reservation for accurate pricing.

Welcome to our waterfront beach house! Just 2 mins to the open bay and 5 miles to LBI. Set in a quiet, family-friendly area, our home is known for its views, cleanliness, and comfort. Brand-new AC units throughout! Walk paths at the end of the block, 2 miles to the bay beach, and 1 mile to a plaza with bagels, pizza, a market, and holistic urgent care. Fire pit and a paddle boat included. Bring your boat, jetski, or kayak! Event-friendly—ask us.
