Unique newly converted small barn, bright, light and self contained. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 2 small adults) due to restricted height space in loft. Large gravel drive behind big, wooden gates for safe and easy parking. An assortment of Teas, coffee & biscuits. Breakfast is not provided. Situated down a country lane, within the garden of the house, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Near Lapland UK, Legoland, Ascot, Windsor, Train stations to London and Reading

Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Riverside Log Cabin+Luxury Hot Tub Spa+Copper bath

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Garden View Annex Private Free parking River walks

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Spacious country retreat or romantic mini break

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this little retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Self Contained Annex

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Idyllic, Rural Barn in Henley on Thames.

The Barn is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stay in the countryside. It overlooks 10 acres of pasture, with its own private garden terrace and entrance. The picturesque river and town centre of Henley on Thames is a level one mile walk (approximately), and offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. This is a great location for a relaxing break and the perfect spot to use as a base to explore the beautiful Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

Light and Airey studio above double garage within main house grounds over looking fields to rear with residents ponies, stair access to side (not suitable for those guests with mobility difficulty). Newly renovated Grade II listed, two bedroom flat. Sole use. Own private entrance and check in. Historical detail combined with contemporary furnishings creates a stunning base from which to explore the local area. Three minute walk to the station, excellent train links. Easy access to the A329 and motorways. 30 mins to Heathrow. Parking is on road in front of the property on a one way street. Hosts live below so always available for any assistance or local information.
