The Cozy Conway Cottage

Enjoy peace and quiet along the Conway River. This relaxing getaway is about 1/4 mile off of rte 230. The cottage was an original one-room cabin with a centrally located wood stove/fireplace. It now boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, large windows and a patio/deck with river views. During the fall and winter months, you can see the sunset over the mountains of the National park. It’s a 20 min drive to the Shenandoah National Park entrance and 5 minutes from Early Mountain Vineyard.

Get away on the Conway, a place to recharge, relax and explore. Located just outside a back entrance to the Shenandoah national park. Walk, run, or bike these lightly traveled country roads to access the trail heads. This private cottage is the ideal location for visiting the Shenandoah national park, hiking, fishing, biking, wineries, and getting away to relax. This newly remodeled mountain retreat is updated with modern decor and all the essentials for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

Little House on Strother Run

Nestled between Mount Tom and Double Top Mountain and at the edge of the Shenandoah National Forest, Little House is the perfect starting out and ending point for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Appalachian Mountains. Little House is located at the edge of our 7 acre property. You'll enjoy the bucolic atmosphere of our farmette which includes use of our shared sitting area on Strother Run. The sitting area is shared with the main house which is rented or used by our family periodically.

This updated cabin sits on 12.5 acres of mainly wooded land in the heart of the blue ridge- Madison County. Within 30 minutes of wineries, breweries, hiking, & Charlottesville! Boasting a primary loft bedroom w/ a queen bed and a bonus room w/ a full bed, this home away from home can comfortably sleep 4-5! Front porch swing & fenced yard for the pups to play. Guests can completely relax!

Early Mountain Vineyards' charming Guest Cottage, nestled next to our front block of grapevines and below our historic hilltop barn, offers breath-taking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a serene place to watch the sunset while sipping wine. Only short distance to our Tasting Room - open 5 days a week, Thursday - Monday. My family lovingly restored this log cabin and it was recently featured in the Washingtonian as one of the top places to visit in the DC region! We’re so excited to share it with you! It is one of the only houses in the area with reliable high speed xfinity wifi. It is a short drive to so many of the popular Shenandoah National Park hikes and it's centrally located to so many of the popular breweries, wineries, restaurants, and adorable small towns.
