Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. The Notch Cabin - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Notch Cabin is part of Hinterwood Inn & Cabins, situated 60 ft. from National Forest. Enjoy hiking and wildlife sightings from your front door! The cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a queen murphy bed in the living room, a bathroom with a shower (no tub), and an apartment size kitchen w/ essentials. Custom built by the owners, enjoy the beautiful wooden accent wall, pine slab table, and vaulted ceilings. Includes a private deck with a gas grill, private fire pit area, and more!

This is one of two cabins located on our working quarter ranch nestled in the splendor of the Southern Black Hills of South Dakota. We are 4 miles south of Hot Springs. Nearby is Wind Cave National Park, Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, Ft. Robinson, The Mammoth Site and many other state, national and local parks, recreational areas, and historic sites. There is no wifi in the cabin. We also have boarding for horses for the traveling rider.

Tenderfoot Creek can lull you to sleep or greet the morning with its soothing chatter.

2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work . If you need to have internet 100% of the time this will not work for you. Because of the hills internet is only available thru Century Link and it is not always dependable.
