It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

There are two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West.
