Seaside coastal retreat, sea & sunsets, EV charger

Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

Kitchen has full facilities, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Spacious main lounge with double patio doors opening onto garden. 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite) double bed-settee in snug down stairs. Bathroom upstairs and shower & toilet downstairs. This house has a style all of it’s own, our family home for 25 years, we hope you’ll love it. It’s grand, stylish, quirky and fun. The retro cinema with 85-inch TV, Sky and Sonos Arc will blow you away. 3 floors, 2 stairs cases, a priest hole for the best games of hide and seek. Relax and soothe your body and soul in our gazebo and waterfall hot tub. No ‘open house’ parties allowed but a perfect place for special occasions and gatherings for our house guests and mature hen parties are welcome.

Beach View is a uniquely placed (no road in front!) front line beautifully presented detached house. Breath-taking sea (and beach!) views, from Hengistbury across to Poole Bay. The washing of the sea can be heard from the house. A short walk takes you to the glorious seven miles of golden beaches. A 34' long conservatory /garden with decked area. Within 10 mins walk you can reach into Ventnor town or walk to the beach. The house is located at the foot of the Downs where you can immerse yourself in nature, with infinite walks and spectacular views.

Only 4 minutes from Shanklin train station and 8 minutes walk from the beach, Clarence House is a grand Victorian villa and an oasis of calm. The Albert deluxe studio is a large and really beautiful newly refurbed room with kitchenette, dining area, velvet chesterfield sofa, large bathroom with full bath and his and hers sinks. Very tastefully done with 2 double beds. Fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fresh milk as well as breakfast treats provided.
