The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Welcome to my home! This is a spacious guest suite with private entrance, bathroom, walk-in-closet, dining table set, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

Location! Less than 20 minutes away from Seatac International Airport and about 20 minutes south of Seattle. It is also 7 minutes away from the Kent light rail station. Due to a diverse international community in Kent, you'll find top notch global cuisine. This is a great home for families, those traveling for work who want a home away from home, and individuals wanting a central location but don't want to be in the busy city. A cozy place to rest and work while visiting Kent.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

The home is located 11 miles/20 minutes east of Seattle Tacoma International Airport, 20 miles/30 minutes south of the Seattle waterfront and cruise docks, and 20 miles/30 minutes south of downtown Seattle. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen and other amenities. Watch a movie from our dvd collection in the main living room or retire to one of the three cozy bed rooms.

The room is on the right side of the house. It’s part of the house. But there are private entrances and exits. You have your own bathroom, kitchen and patio. You can park on the street close to my house.
