Our privately-owned, cosy chalet is located on the grounds of Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa and has views of the lake and the stunning Snowy Mountains. We are a 15-min drive to Thredbo and a 2-min drive or shuttle bus to the Ski Tube for direct snow access at Perisher. The Chalet is the perfect place in winter to base your snow adventures with close access to Perisher and Thredbo ski fields. In Summer, relax by the beach or enjoy water sports after climbing Mt. Kosciusko.

This unique, spacious, self-contained modern 3-level stand-alone family-sized chalet is set up with everything you need for your stay on-snow in Perisher. It is suitable for a family, a stay with friends, or couples. The chalet has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full modern kitchen, large dining table, comfortable lounge room with fireplace, wifi, balcony with a BBQ, drying room and ski storage area. Ski down to the Quad Express Chairlift in the morning and head out to the slopes.

Your next trip to the Snowy Mountains will be in luxury in our chalet located close to Perisher and Thredbo ski fields. It is a brand new, architecturally designed townhouse, part of 6 on a large block. The chalet has a north facing aspect, with sun heating the upstairs level to keep the rooms toasty, even in the cold winter temps and boasts views of the surrounding snow topped mountain peaks.

Kosipark - Three Bedroom Spa Chalet

The Deluxe Spa Chalets sleep up to eight people and have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are fully self-contained with kitchen, dining and lounge room, Reverse Cycle Aircon, colour TV, outside deck and barbecue. All linen is provided in Deluxe Chalets. We have Two configurations available. Double bed or 2 single beds in Bedroom 3.
