Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

The Happy Place

3 minutes from the beach. A charming and cozy cottage in a large private garden. The house has an open floor plan. 3 bedrooms, and an annex, sleeps 7. Patios around the house and a firepit in the garden. Free fast internet and a home office space. Smart TV, washer and dryer, central heating and a wood fireplace. Overall a lovely well functional and very well-equipped quiet house with a great big garden. There are room for everyone, both for playing, exploring and relaxing. -Enjoy your stay.

Velkommen til vores dejlige sommerhus i Arrild ferieby. Huset består af entre, køkken og stue ud i et med brændeovn og varmepumpe, nyt badeværelse og to værelser med nye dobbeltsenge. Sommerhuset ligger ud til en skøn naturgrund, hvor man fra stuen/terrassen ofte kan se rådyr og egern og samtidig er der under 200 m til svømmehal, indkøb og legeplads. I haven er der gyngestativ, sandkasse og bålsted. Gratis Wifi og TV-pakke. Gratis adgang til Arrild svømmehal Gratis brænde til brændeovnen

A getaway in picturesque surroundings with its own dunes and just next to the beach. Don't expect high-end luxury but a full equipped cozy clean cottage in the middle of Naturpark Tranum Strand. The house is fully equipped with cooking, sleeping and entertainment essentials. Heating, water, towels, beddings and all other essentials are included. High chair and baby bed for the kids is available. High capacity WiFi. The cottage is isolated but in close walking distance to two restaurants.

Nyt Sommerhus i absolut 1. række og egen strand ved musholmbugten og kun 1 time fra København. Huset er på 50m2 og med 10m2 anneks. I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

You can reach the city centre of nearby town Sæby by foot along the beach – or a short drive. Spacious green garden with 2 undisturbed terraces and dining areas, a barbeque and a fireplace. It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Relax in a comfortable cabin, in your own small forest of old trees, right down to the beautiful lake. Very cozy and newer summer cottage located only 400 m - 5 min walk - to the ocean with a very children friendly beach. The nearest town is Ebeltoft which is a very famous tourist area in DK. Ebeltoft is famous for its nature/national parks and for lots of sightseeing. Aarhus - the second biggest City in DK is only 50 km away.
