Priory House The Versaille suite

A sweeping Georgian staircase leads to two grand en-suite double bedrooms. Light and sunny with south west facing windows overlooking the large front garden surrounded by mature trees. Relax in the king size French antique bedroom suite and spacious Victorian style bathroom. The interior decorations are lavish and opulent but undeniably quirky! In the drawing room the giant Salvador Dali hands table and chairs mingle with enigmatic shop window manequins wearing Carole Lee vintage ballgowns.

You’ll love this elegant, stylish B & B. Complimentary drinks and homemade bakes plus a delicious breakfast of choice, including award winning Redhill Farm sausages. The boutique style bedroom and en-suite is private and the rest of our home and gardens open to our Guests. Laughton has a Country pub and historic Church. Our property sits on the edge of the Forest so we offer bikes to explore. The beautiful City of Lincoln is just a 22 mile drive. We hope you will have a wonderful Stay!

The Poplars Boutique B&B 7 mid

Small B&B in large Victorian house, in a quiet hidden area in the Centre of Lincoln. Each room has an ensuite shower room. We are 3-4 mins walk from Cathedral, Castle, Bailgate and main shopping area with lots of bars and restaurants. The Brayford waterfront, and Lincoln University is also less than 5 mins walk away from our location. There's plenty to see and do whilst staying with us. The Collection museum, Usher Art Gallery and Lincoln Archives are all with 5-10 minutes walking from us.

Lynwode B&B

The Jolly Badger is a generously sized room with a king size bed, the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a television, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area . You will find a variety of teas and coffees in your room. A breakfast comprising of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereal/porridge and fruit juice which will be delivered to your room in the morning. Cooked breakfasts and packed lunches are also available on request for a small fee.

Our home is in a rural setting on the edge of the popular, picturesque village of Ringstead, with the Gin Trap pub/restaurant 10 minutes walk away, a village shop, access to beautiful walks and all just under 2 miles from North Norfolk's spectacular coastline. A great location for rural and coastal walking, birdwatching, eating out, sightseeing or simply relaxing!

Lesley’s home from home , a warm Lincoln welcome .

I live on the edge of the city . Only 25 minutes walk to the historic cathedral & castle quarter . Lots of places to explore & plenty of restaurants & bars to enjoy . We have the West common 5 minutes away ,which is a haven for wildlife. Great if you want a walk & some fresh air .Lincoln has two areas , the “Uphill” which is the old historic part & then the lower , more commercial area with shops , train & bus stations. I would provide breakfast of cereal/toast , tea & coffee.

The Hideaway at The Mill House

Spacious double bedroom with shower room. Tea, coffee and breakfast in room. Great pub directly opposite and fishing lake 2 minutes walk away. Extra fold up bed if required. This room and ensuite shower room have been totally renovated and patio doors added to access the garden. By the middle of March 2025 there will be a TV with Sky channels and NETFLIX and a radio which allows for blue tooth connection to your mobile phone for streaming of your own personal playlist..

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A modern secluded retreat based in the small village of Sutterton, Lincolnshire with access to a local woods and lake. Set in the owners’ garden sits a purpose built lodge for a restful night’s sleep. The Avon Retreat has modern showering facilities as well as a small kitchenette area with a breakfast bar. 46 minutes (27 miles) from Peterborough train station. 15 minutes (6.7 miles) from Boston train station.

Charming old fashioned Bed & Breakfast in a picturesque Lincolnshire village. Since the 1960s Olivers has been a Bed & Breakfast. We offer accommodation and cooked breakfast but are unable to offer self catering facilities. Children welcome but no pets and limited access as first floor rooms only via a staircase. Also "Cycle Friendly" status. For reservation purposes rooms are also listed individually. Accommodation for 8 guests (7 adults + 1 child)

A comfortable and relaxing bolt hole in the Lincolnshire wolds, ideally situated between Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby. Lovely walks on the doorstep along the Viking Way across the wolds. Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.
