We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We have hosted many companies, families, & nationally renowned musicians. We renovated the kitchen in Feb 2019. Details in the picture descriptions.

Higbee House, home away from home and then some.

Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".
