Located 1 mile from Old Hickory Beach, 3 miles from Marina with boat rentals and restaurants. Peaceful neighborhood 5 miles from East Nashville, 14 miles from downtown. Living room has private entrance with a pullout bed that can be used as a third bedroom.  Music can be played pretty loud inside the house, and won’t disturb neighbors . Roku TV and pretty good JBL sound system. This is a budget friendly option for those who don’t want to break the bank just to be 5 miles closer to town.
