We're close to the medieval town and beaches of St Andrews - just 2 miles from the centre, so you can cycle/walk as well as drive. You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

Carsehall Farm Private Annex

Private annex comprising of 2 en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin with great views over the garden, with a large private lounge and its own entrance. Full breakfast is provided on a daily basis. Set in a beautiful rural area in the heart of Scotland - 40 mins to Edinburgh & St Andrews, 1 hr to Glasgow, 20 mins to Perth and The Highlands easily accessible. A wonderful local pub THE BALGEDIE TOLL TAVERN is less than a 5 min walk away - serving excellent food and drink.

Comfortable double room in north Edinburgh

The room is a large double, in a spacious, comfortable house. Free breakfast with booking. All the finest toasts, cereals and teas / coffee. It's really easy to get to from the city centre (15 minutes) or the airport via bus no. 17. We're just 5 minute drive from the coast and some great walks by the sea. Murrayfield is also just a 30 minute walk awaaay We're available to give you all the information you need, but otherwise will leave you to enjoy your break / holiday.

The property dates back to the 1800s and your wing has been modernised in the last two years offering rustic charm with modern amenities. Close to golf clubs including 'Gleneagles', the major roads to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee are easily accessed and Perth is just 7 miles away.

Two bright, airy rooms, one double room with super king bed/2 twin beds and one twin bedded room with shared shower room between. A comfortable sitting room with TV , and dining facilities for those who require breakfast. Central heating, a surrounding garden with outdoor seating and dining and 2 parking spaces. Please note that prices quoted are £140 for two guests in one room, single occupancy £70.

The room is part of a four-bedroomed family home, which has been upgraded and recently decorated. There is a lovely, bright garden. The house is situated in South Queensferry, just 6.9 miles from Edinburgh City centre, and close to railway and motorway links leading all over Scotland. Edinburgh Airport is 6.7 miles away. There is off-road parking at the front of the house.

My place is close to public transport and the city centre. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, a great shower, well-equipped kitchen, fast Broadband and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Lovely woodlands with a great network of trails are just outside the door.
