This home sleeps up to 20 people and was specifically designed for families, group travelers, and wedding parties. You will find it hard to get out of the comfy Temperpedic beds with heavenly linens. NO interior cameras in the home EVER!

Secluded Tree House Chalet

This beautiful little tree house has been our pandemic project. In October 2020, we bought the home next door and began our adventure. Our Squak Mt. chalet offers a truly unique sense of privacy and tranquility in the lush green canopy of Squak Mountain. Guests enter the home by a cascading waterfall. There are two 28 foot cedar decks (hammock) and a spacious open great room featuring a gas fireplace and kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Issaquah and hiking trails. Perfect for long stays.

Newly remodeled and adorable 1906 home located on historic Renton Hill. This home features a spacious open floor plan and front deck with breathtaking views of Lake Washington and Downtown Seattle in the distance. Enjoy your dinner watching the sunset! Easy 5-10 minute walk to Downtown Renton shops, restaurants, gym, bank, grocery stores, etc. Quick driving access to I405 and I5 freeways and a 10 minute walk to the Renton Transit Center (bus routes, etc.). Large backyard for outdoor enjoyment!

Located on the first floor of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom mid-century house, complete with original architectural details, period furniture, a working stereo system and a small collection of LPs to get you in the groove. The space overlooks a secluded yard of old growth trees, stone paths and patio. Queen bed, WiFi, full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, combo washer/dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in living room. Two steps lead to a sunken living room, otherwise all on one level.

Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.
