Newly decorated and furnished for 2021, you enter your private suite on the ground floor, walking straight into the new beautifully fitted kitchen complete with appliances, elegant dining area perfect for relaxed and cozy romantic candle lit dinners. Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and the sea crashing against the rocks when you stay in this lovely static caravan at the quieter end of the park. Near the beach and fishing lake but only a short walk to the club house for food and entertainment. Passes need to be purchased separately from clubhouse for Swimming and other activities. A real home from home for all the family. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen can be provided for an extra cost. In winter months the club house and pool is close

Our beautiful caravan boasts three bedrooms; one master with en-suite toilet and two twin rooms. The main bathroom comprises of a large shower, toilet and sink. The van also benefits from its own private parking bay. The open plan, fully furnished kitchen and living area has breath taking views of the sea, with a small park opposite. The van is situated close to the entertainment, on site shop and path down to the beach. Bus stop to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington. Close to Whitby.

We have something here for everyone. Open sea views of the wildlife and boats. Miles of clean sandy beach for relaxing or games. Rock pools for crabbing. Children’s play area and indoor arcade. Perfect location away from the stresses of town but within easy reach of the local sea side towns.

It sleeps 6 people with a double room and 2 twin rooms Everything you need for a nice break is supplied including wifi, full cooking equipment and the site has all the entertainment you would need for a lovely break away.. Indoor Swimming Pool, kids Disco, Bingo, club house,bar, restaurant, fishing lake and just a 5 minute walk to the beach Bedding is all provided .. just bring your own towels Entertainment passes NOT included
