This can take you to Manhattan’s east or west sides in 25 minutes. You are also 10 mins away from JFK airport. Only 3 minutes drive to the UBS Arena- the home of the New York Islanders.

Beautiful Retreat by the Beach, La Casita Flora

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

This cozy, quiet, clean, diverse & family orientated neighborhood is in a central location making it easy to get around... Oceanside Harbor is located within driving minutes from Lido Beach, Nickerson Beach park and Ocean Beach park. Walking distance to Long Island Railroad. Be in NYC under 40minutes.
