Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Woodlark Lodge at The Old Woodyard, Docking

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. The house has 3 Ensuite bathrooms with power showers and a bath to the 3rd bedroom. East Rudham is a very pretty village on the main road between Lynn and Fakenham.
