It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

With outdoor space, parking & sunset views over fields, 1 upstairs double bedroom/living space, 1 upstairs twin room, a downstairs kitchenette & downstairs shower room. A peaceful setting with direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. A 1hr walk or 10 min drive to Framlingham with its heritage castle & 30min drive to the coast. Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

A cosy cottage style property, ideal for couples or young families. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind you from the moment you arrive. The hot tub is for exclusive use. It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand

Lime Tree Barn is located in Thurston, four miles from the historic and beautiful market town of Bury St. Edmunds. Two miles from access to the A14 and a few hundred yards from the Train Station which has a direct line to Bury, Cambridge and London. The Barn Annex facilities have been fitted to a high quality to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy during your stay , consisting of a large bedroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
