Farm stay with hot tub/ sauna and wild swimming

Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

Converted American motorhome with views

A Gulfstream motorhome outside, a mid-century Palm Springs apartment within, Pepperpots nestles into the bramble but looks across a gorgeous Wealden valley. Watch horses graze while you sip cocktails from the captain’s chairs. Get dinner grilling outside in your ‘kitchen verandah’ to surround-sound birdsong, or cosy up around the fire pit and take in that view. Creature comforts back inside include pure-cotton bedding, silk duvet, a small kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with electric shower.

The Pebbles, Bexhill-on-Sea

A coastal apartment a stones throw away from the plethora of amenities  Bexhill town center has to offer, a tranquil space that includes its own private balcony with sea views and luxury infrared sauna. Key features include a roll top tub, home office, and open plan modern living, dining and kitchen areas. The south facing Victorian conversion is full of character, high ceilings and abundance of natural light. The Perfect location to relax or explore Sussex, and the treasures it has to offer.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Lodge in Smarden with Sauna (2-8 pep)

Modern 3 bedroom building on a family home in one of the prettiest villages in The Weald of Kent. Bring a few of you or the whole family. There’s lots of room for fun, with mature gardens, an outside cabin, an outside reading room, and a sauna to try. There's plenty to do in this part of Kent. Many famous castles, stately homes, vineyards, stunning gardens and x4 great golf course are all within an easy driving distance, making The Lodge an ideal spot for breaks throughout the year.

Two minute walk to beach and onto Seaford Head, Cuckmere Haven and Seven Sisters. Free on street parking nearby. Relax in the sauna and cinema room. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and spacious living room. Secure cycle store and walking boot rack. Newly restored and perfect for 4-6 people or a family.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This lower ground floor apartment is in the upmarket Meads area of Eastbourne. Devonshire Park tennis, and the private schools of St Andrews, Bedes and Eastbourne College are close by. The apartment sleeps up to five in two bedrooms and has two bathrooms (one with private sauna!). WiFi is provided and there is an off-road parking space.
