A three minute walk from the house and you are in the High Street. Sylvester’s Place is perfect for couples, families or friends.. Fluffy towels, cotton sheets, feather duvets & pillows are provided. Travel cot & bedding available upon request. The sitting room has a working fireplace, Sky TV, DVD player & board games, binoculars & wildlife/plant ref books.

Brighton Rock House

This 1830s large townhouse in the heart of Brighton is the place to stay! Spread over 4 floors there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a sea view. 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

Victorian Cottage in Medieval Village of Alfriston

My house has been described as light and cosy. It is filled with books, art and interesting things - a home from home, not the usual holiday let. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

Stylish 2 Bedroom Victorian House, Close to Beach

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

From the photos in the hallway and the garden decorations to the modern balcony facing (and only literally a few steps away from!) Camber Sands’ famous dunes, this property is perfect for those who love the beach and sea. If you hate sand this is not the property for you-a real beach experience.

This exceptional property is perfectly located in the heart of Brighton. It is within walking distance to the city centre, with the famous lanes for shopping just a stone through away. It offers amazing restaurants and bars nearby. The Brighton Pavilion, Palace Pier and beach are a short stroll away. The property is also in Walking distance to Kemp Town with its quirky shops and delicious eateries. Not forgetting the Brighton Marina. Perfect for the family and friends.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

The house is within both 200metres of the sea to the south and Warrior Square train station to the north. The recently refurbished mews house is set within a private courtyard and has all that you could wish for - for either short or long stay. There are many shops restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the property and the newly rebuilt pier is a 20 minute stroll along the seafront. A further 10 minutes walk and you will be in the historic old town of Hastings.

We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.

NB check-in/checkout times listed are for Saturday same day changeover - If you are renting just for the weekend then the check-in / check out time will normally be much more relaxed - ask me for details
