Located in the home paddock patch of Iron Brook Donkey Farm. With incredible views across the ranges, donkeys to cuddle, bush to wander in, a little creek, fresh air and loads of Yarra Ranges charm, this property is conveniently located between the Redwood Forest and the Ada Tree, and actually backs onto the Yarra State Forest.

On over an acre of landscaped gardens, its ideally situated to guarantee utmost seclusion, breath-taking vistas, and surrounded by nature. The vistas towards the west are truly awe-inspiring, and the comfort of the home makes it a perfect retreat. Only 5 mins to Redwood forest, its location provides convenient access to an abundance of outdoor activities amid some of the finest natural landscapes in Victoria. The master bedroom feels like your in a tree house with 270-degree valley views !

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.
