Guests are invited to explore our 4 acres of meadows, wild gardens, orchards and woodland. And, with the village pub and pottery just 200 metres away, and beaches, surf spots and endless nature walks on the doorstep, there is so much here to make your stay special. An ideal location for exploring unspoilt north Cornwall & Devon, with beaches and the south-west coast path within easy reach. Soak in the peace and quiet of the Barn with its home comforts, and luxurious king size bed. Make the most of your break using our customised information on local walks, and places to visit. (Not suitable for infants/children). We love having one adult, well behaved dog, but since the front area is not fully enclosed we ask that dogs be kept on a lead when outside.

The Manor - Woodlands Manor Farm

The Manor is a large traditional Cornish farmhouse, set in a 35 acre estate, parts of the Manor are thought to date back to the 15th century. The house retains many original features including slate floors, magnificent fireplaces, and low lintels (tall guests watch out). This house is a terrific venue for family and friends gatherings and the sitting room boasts ultra high-def Smart TV, Blu-ray player and large wood-burner to ensure you stay cosy and warm on a cold winters night.

If you are looking for a peaceful get away Collery Mews is the ideal place for you. It is suitable for a couple or two, or a family with children/teenagers. The property is set down a private lane a mile from the village of Kilkhampton. You can walk there but the road can get busy so not advisable for children to walk. Sorry but we do not accept pets. Can be booked with Peaceful cosy barn with log burner which sleeps 2.
