Farm holiday in our sweet casita

Welcome to Quinta da Coruja, a small organic farm situated among the hills of the southern Alentejo. We offer a relaxing holiday in the countryside of Portugal, surrounded by peaceful nature where you get the opportunity to experience the daily life on a farm. We have goats, horses, cats, chickens and dogs living on the farm. We produce our own cheese. Welcome to join us for the daily goat walks! There is lots of nature to explore in the area and you can find signposted hiking trails nearby.

Completely renovated in the last two months, our cottage now has every creature comfort to ensure you have a very special and memorable stay . We are situated just off the beaten track, close to both Luz and Lagos. Set in the grounds of our own Quinta, a tranquil location with great views. Restaurants and beaches within easy reach. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space, and the fantastic sunsets.

Take a moment, come to a quiet place, let yourself wonder. Concealed in the majestic scenery of “Cabanas do Lago” making an honest claim to be a walk away from the pure waters of Santa Clara Dam where if one so chooses can lose themselves in the beauty of this place. Here nature dances with the senses. The sights and sounds that surround this lovely setting will be etched to your memory. To wake up here, can be an amazing experience. Where the soft light of the morning gently wakes you up.

In the middle of the valley of Pedralva, peaceful and calm, far away from main stream tourism, 5 minutes to the sea (Amado or Bordeira beach) with our own lake to swim in! The apartment has one private terrace. In addition you are free to explore our 12 ha farm with hammocks, trees and our own lake. The famous rota vicentina trail crosses our property- it is a great place to go surfing, hiking, mountainbiking or simply relax! Two restaurants are in walking distance (5min).

Eco natural earthen house

This amazing home-made house is newly renovated and located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth and stones, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, donkeys, pigs & sheep. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!

Olhão - Quintinha, a relaxing villa in a farm

Quintinha is a family farm with approximately 3 hectares located in Quelfes, a rural village 3 km from Olhão and 9 km from Fuzeta. It was rehabilitated a part of the housing area that originated an independent dwelling with exclusive swimming pool. This new space for guest use has been designed to provide a peaceful stay in the countryside but also promotes a lively atmosphere around the swimming pool and the barbecue. The moment I drive through the gate after visiting the busy Luz or Lagos, I calm down. The magic of this place lies in its serenity. The gorgeous countryside has such an calming effect. The chalet is situated in the middle of the field, you are surrounded by nature and so close to the beaches and other nice places to visit.
