A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The unit has beautiful sea views..ideally situated right on the marina with a wooden deck leading from the dining room straight to the marina. The complex gate leads straight to the beach with two restaurants within 200m walking distance..there is a pool within the complex and a laundry on the premises. We are on the lagoon front in Belvidere Estate's quiet and safe surroundings.
