Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house is 200 metrs away from v. clean lake that is 5km long, and deep in areas for divers, meadows, forests, storks, beavers, sauna, beautiful hikes, close to ski area, cycling, kayaking in our kayak, diving, bird watching. You’ll love this place because of it being totally natural, made of straw bales. The great kitchen with woodburning fire, heated bench, hammocks, the outdoors space, the light, the sunsets. Great for retreats, couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups, and pets.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.
