Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju u privatnoj kući. Smještaj se nalazi u selu Svirče, centru otoka, mirnom okruženju, s pogledom na prirodu . Smještaj ima privatni parking uz sami objekt. Sastoji se od velikog dnevnog boravka , opremljenog dvosjedom s madracem na razvlačenje, TV-om ravnog ekrana, potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , kupatilom i jedinstvenom spavaćom sobom ,u prostoriji koja je u prošlosti bila bunar pa u vrućim ljetnim mjesecima pruža potpuno prirodno osvježenje.

Vivi questo spazio incredibile, ricco di storia, situato in un contesto pittoresco. Al centro di un borgo di mare lontano dal turismo di massa. Pietra bianca naturale tutta intorno alla stanza e per terra la tipica “chianca” (temine medioevale che significa lastra di pietra) antica e originale. Ho cercato di lasciare il tutto più originale e rustico possibile per dare la sensazione agli ospiti di rivivere i tempi antichi in cui in questa camera ci viveva un’intera famiglia di 10 persone.

La villa si trova a soli 3 km dal centro di Genzano di Roma, paese facente parte dei Castelli Romani o Colli Albani. Ci sono 2 stazioni di collegamento, la prima si trova a Cecchina, che dista circa 2 km e mezzo; L'altra si trova a Campoleone, da cui il treno parte per Roma ogni ora ed arriva in soli 20 minuti. I 2 laghi rendono i Castelli davvero affascinanti, il primo più piccolo si trova tra Genzano e Nemi. Il costo delle pulizie finali è di 100 euro da pagare in loco in contanti.

Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
