It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

We offer a bright, self-contained ground floor flat with off road parking. Rural setting but close to Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry. 40 mins from NEC and Birmingham airport. There is dedicated wifi and a TV available for your use offering freeview channels. We are not set up for pets or children. We do not allow smoking on the premises and you need your own transport to stay here. Early check in or late check out for a fee with prior arrangement only.

The Annexe at Brookview

Superb bright and spacious self contained annexe attached to the main house, with a double bedroom which comprises of a double bed and single bed. The annexe is part of our main house but has its own private bathroom, Galley Kitchen with dining area, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and hob plus tea and coffee making facilities. The entrance is shared with our part of the house with access through the main lobby, but you can come and go freely.
