Salamander all rooms have wonderful views of the beach and bay.Charlestown has been the setting for many films including Poldark and many more Take a few steps up to Salamander and then you will find all on one level Lounge with fantastic views .Gas log effect fire .Go through to the wonderful dining/kitchen area with views out the sea.Master bedroom has a 5ft bed with uninterupted views of the sea.Bedroom two has two single beds Rare on site parking for small boat parking for one car only

We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. A perfect place to enjoy the old local town with a selection of restaurants, pubs and a mini supermarket all within walking distance. The river is a short walk from the apartment and is a beautiful place to sit by. Beautiful countryside walks are also nearby. 9A is a 5 minute walk to the train station, making it easy to get around Cornwall or to arrive to from anywhere in the UK.

The Annexe in the heart of beautiful Cornwall.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.
