This is a near new, spacious, self contained and comfortable ground floor apartment. It is 5 min drive from the Airport and City centre, bus stop 50 m walk. Easy walk to parks, Botanic Gardens, Centenary Lakes, rainforest walks,"Tanks" art centre, restaurants, cafes and very close to the trendy Edge Hill Village and Supermarkets. Perfect for 1 couple or friends/families up to 4. One room has a luxury Queen bed, the other has 2 King single beds. We live on 1st floor but very private for guests.

Tropical Bliss

Local cafes and restaurants only a 5 min walk, 10min walk to the botanical gardens, bus stop is around the corner and the CBD is only 12mins by car. The studio is spacious, light and airey. Once inside, views to the pool which is are surrounded by tropical gardens. In the pool area there is a large sunbed for relaxing, morning coffee or a quiet sundowner. quiet and you will have a real local experience. It offers your own BBQ for cooking it has only a kitchenette with microwave and air fryer.

This studio unit is only a short stroll to Edge Hill's cafes & restaurants, Botanical Gardens and Mt Whitfield walking tracks. It is also only a 5 min drive to the Cairns Airport and a 8 min drive to the Cairns CBD and Esplanade. This unit provides the perfect space for either one or two people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. * Kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave and fridge * Bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine * Linen & Towels are provided
