Enjoy serene, lakeside living in your cozy, quaint, 2 bedroom cottage with a beautiful lake view in any season! The double lot provides ample room for outdoor activities & family gatherings. Fire pit & patio. Stroll to the local bagel shop around the corner or enjoy the many trails around the lake & surrounding area. Venture into town for local shops and restaurants. Fish, hike, boat, swim, ski/sled. Kayaks provided onsite for your enjoyment. Access beach & boat docks steps from your door!

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Looking for an overnight, weekend or longer, look here. 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage in the beautiful Edinboro PA Lake community is just right for a fun family getaway. Newly furnished with a fenced in yard for pets(dogs), the cottage has room for 7 guests and off street parking for four vehicles. Only 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake in a highly walkable, bike-able setting. Take a walk or a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake. Finish the evening with a cocktail at the firepit.

We have a long driveway for your boat. We're close to Erie Sport Center 2 mi, Splash Lagoon 2.2 mi, Presque Isle 8.8 mi, restaurants, shopping and more. Create new memories, watch your kids play, enjoy a beautiful Erie sunset and gather around a crackling bonfire, share stories and laughter under the starlit sky.

Please come stay at our cottage and you will enjoy everything about it. You will have access to the entire cottage for days of fun!! We are only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach a.d a big playground. You will also enjoy our fire pit with Firewood included. We are also located only 15 miles from Erie where you can enjoy Presque Isle, Waldameer and Splash Lagoon. Our Little Brown Hut is the perfect destination for your family or small group to stay while you enjoy Edinboro Lake and community! Our 2 bedroom/1 bath home is a charming 1950s Cape Cod cottage just a block up from the Lake. It's situated on a double lot providing plenty of space to share meals at the picnic table, toast marshmallows at the campfire, let your dogs run and play any yard games you've brought.
