Garden studio with private access

A private guest house in a lovely garden, a quiet retreat outside the city centre of Edinburgh. The main living area comprises a double bed, dining area and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle). This is not a full kitchen and does not include a sink. Off the main living area is a WC/shower room. Private access and a dedicated parking space is through a secure gate in a quiet lane. The city centre is a very easy 15 minute bus ride away and there are a number of regular busses.

If you wish to travel further Queensferry is excellently positioned to get to the rest of Scotland's attractions. Its simply a lovely place to stay!

Nestled between the three Forth bridges you have the option of train, car or walking across to South Queensferry. Deep Sea World, The Wee Restaurant fine dining, Rankin's Cafe and the small Lighthouse Museum only a short walk away.
