It’s a 6-7 minute walk to Folly Field beach with private beach access and THE best sunrises. World class golf courses plus amazing restaurants are all close by. Enjoy our 2 pools, hot tub, racquetball, pickleball, and tennis courts and there is also a gym. Pools open March 1 - Oct 31, hot tub open year round. Hop on the scenic walking and bike paths and explore the island.

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.
