A second row beach house with views of the ocean and beach access only feet from the driveway with four spacious bedrooms, a swing open bar and lounge on the first floor, and a fenced backyard. Plenty of space in the driveway to bring your boat— room for multiple vehicles with parking. Seasoned short term renters!

We are just a short walk to the beach and centrally located to nearby restaurants, stores, Edisto Marina, and the golf course, etc. The interior features all new hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, new vanities, a 55" flat screen tv, and more. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

Welcome to our unique Edisto Beach home! Our octagonal kit home is one of only a few of these iconic beach houses left on the island. Bright and airy, with plenty of privacy. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are pet friendly! We have recently completed major updates to our new home. New windows and flooring throughout. A new kitchen and completely updated hall bath. Primary bath updates coming November 2024.
