This 1/2 duplex is walking distance from the University of Central OK (UCO), close to Edmond's OU Hospital, & Integris & Mercy Hospitals off I35.

These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.

This townhouse is close to the major highways w/o the noise. It is 800 sq feet with an upstairs and downstairs area. There is a full bathroom upstairs (only shower/tub in the house) and a half bath downstairs. There is wifi, and washer/dryer. There is also a tiny fenced in area for your pets. My place is not fancy but it is clean and I try to provide the best value for you and your pets who can be hard on houses. The townhouse is in a complex.
