It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge Security cameras are located on all exterior doors of our property Parking for one vehicle only We have a cafe serving coffee, tea, espresso, sandwiches and baked goods located at the front of the building.

Welcome to our beautiful 2 story executive apartment located in uptown Fredericton. We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage qui vous donne une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville de Rivière-du-Loup. Je suis propriétaire-occupant de ce Duplex, donc facilement rejoignable.
