Vous serez à distance de marche 2 minutes du parc de l'école, à 5 minutes à pied du centre hospitalier, du centre Premier Tech et de la rue Lafontaine(Bars, restaurants, etc.). L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage qui vous donne une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville de Rivière-du-Loup. Je suis propriétaire-occupant de ce Duplex, donc facilement rejoignable. The space is in the walkout basement of my home. It has tall ceilings, a private entrance and no shared spaces. Gorgeous country side property with lots of room to roam perfect for pets to stretch their legs after a long car ride.
