Our home is a great place as a chilled-out country retreat, and as base for multiple outdoor sports and adventures in Derbyshire and The Peaks. We are 12 miles from JCB Golf Club, location for Liv Golf Tournament. All the charm of a cottage, with the benefits of a modern home - super-fast Wifi.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Within the Derbyshire Dales, 2 miles outside Brailsford village. The newly built shepherd hut is nestled on the edge of a small woodland with spectacular views overlooking fields and woodland. It is in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and wildlife. The hut includes a double bed, bathroom, shower cubicle and a small kitchen area. With towels and linen provided. Also exclusive use of a tennis court and bikes with the hut, just a short walk away is a private fishing pond for you to enjoy.

NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.
