This Tudor cottage is one of the oldest properties in Bromyard dating from circa 1650. We have lovingly introduced a few mod cons to make this place a luxurious retreat for ourselves and others. The cottage couldn’t be more central and only a few mins walk from all local amenities, including cafe’s, bars, restaurants , and an award wining delicatessen, we are also at the base of the beautiful Bromyard downs and central to the larger cities of Hereford and Worcester aprox a 25min drive away.

Welcome to Walkers Retreat, a short distance from civilization, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy the glorious views of the Malvern Hills, or take a leisurely walk onto the common. Sit around the fire pit and gaze up at the stars. You don't have to be anywhere or do anything .. just relax. We are 3 miles away from Bromyard a Saxon settlement steeped in history, which retains its old world charm, offering local produce.

The Apple Tallet, cosy barn with a great view

A converted barn, recently refurbished, it is located to the back of our home but in no way connected. Perfect location for a guest going to a wedding at Bredenbury Court or Crumpleberry. (10 mins drive to either) We have outdoor seating at the front of the Apple Tallet to enjoy a cuppa in the morning. We have parking for 2 cars only. Excellent bird watching, walking and riding in the immediate area. We are also close to Bromyard so an ideal place to stay for the towns various festivals while escaping the noise. This is an extraordinary location of great natural beauty in an ancient and historic fold yard.

The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features.
