Cosy Apartment on Quiet Street in Unley

There is an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area to relax in. There is a generous sized bedroom, with ample storage, sunlit by day with a luxurious King Sized bed to sleep in. The lounge has a sofa which becomes a comfortable double bed should you need it. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. Netflix on tap. The place is yours for the duration of your stay. There are shared parking spaces on the property but I will provide a parking permit for street parking. There is a lockbox beside the front door - you are free to come and go as you please. You can always contact me with any query that you may have. The code to the lockbox will be issued to you prior to your arrival. Unley is a sought-after neighbourhood populated with boutique shops, indie coffee shops, and modern, Australian eateries. Cool Unley Road and King William Road in Hyde Park are within walking distance while the city is 5 minutes away by car. Walking, Riding, Tram or Bus. Everything is easy here in Unley. For guests peace of mind, all surfaces, handles, bathrooms and remotes are wiped down with strong Sodium Hypochlorite solution as per health authority advice to kill Covid 19 on surfaces. Wake up to birdsong at rustic Gumtree Cottage!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

A beautiful modern 2 storey townhouse next to a vineyard, close to fantastic amenities. A perfect base to explore all that Adelaide has to offer! Brighton and Glenelg beaches are close by, as are Westfield Marion, Flinders University and Medical Centre, the State Aquatic Centre and more. There is a large smart TV with fast internet and multiple streaming services (Netflix, Disney etc). You’ll love staying in this peaceful, clean property, with leafy views out to the garden.

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.

My Airbnb was built in 2019. This is an architect designed eco home with lots of light and air. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.

It has a bedroom with queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, a dining room/kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor area for meals/relaxation. Our friendly family lives next door and can provide any help and advice you may need. Just a few minutes walk to Oaklands park train station and Marion shopping centre, close to Flinders University and Medical Centre, it's convenient and homely!

Coast getaway

Our spacious self-contained flat with spa bath is immaculately clean and private. We are just 2km drive to Brighton beach. You can walk to Marion Westfield (500m), Aquatic Centre (1km) and train/bus. We are a family of 4 (plus 2 cats). We live in the old house on the front of the block, and our new flat is at the rear of the block. Access is via a secure walkway down the side of the house. We have 24/7 security cameras.
