Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for 1 vehicle. Private enclosed garden. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. Old Beans Cottage, North Norfolk

Old Beans Cottage is an 18th century former washhouse which has been beautifully converted into a studio cottage and furnished to an exceptional standard. This boutique cottage is located in East Barsham, a small village nestling in quiet, rolling countryside less than 3 miles from the market town of Fakenham, with excellent access to the North Norfolk Coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. The area is renowned for its bird watching opportunities with Cley and Titchwell within easy reach.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The Potting Shed is a delightful, newly renovated cosy annexe with Kingsize bed, new Vispring mattress and White Company bed linen. It has a stylish bathroom with large shower and freestanding bath. Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs. Relax and unwind in this cosy one bedroom cottage, attached to our family home in a peaceful Norfolk village. Rose Cottage is just 25 mins from the North Norfolk coast and the stunning beaches at Holkham, Wells and Brancaster; stately homes and gardens such as Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton; and several beautiful nature reserves.
