Een gunstig en centraal gelegen Zomerhuis in Egmond aan Zee met de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een buiten sauna. ( op aanvraag)in de winter maanden, van november tot maart Binnen 2 minuten ben je op t strand en in het gezellige vissersdorp met de vele winkeltjes en terrasjes . Het huisje is totaal gerenoveerd in t voorjaar van 2022 en voorzien van vloerverwarming, warmtepomp en zonnepanelen.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!
