Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

Unsere Dachgeschosswohnung haben wir 08. 2019 fertig saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Am liebsten wohnen wir selber hier, wenngleich uns Haupwohnsitz in Freiburg ist. Unsere schon erwachsenen Kinder heißen Euch willkommen. Ehrenfeld gehört zweifelsohne zu den beliebtesten und hippsten Veedel in Köln. Das ehemalige Arbeiterviertel kann noch einiges mehr als Feiern. Damit euch rund um die Venloer Straße garantiert nie langweilig wird, haben wir immer gute Tipps für Euch parat.
