Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Seit Mai 2024 ist unser Boutique Ferienhaus in Aidling-Riegsee geöffnet. Das Ferienhaus ist neu, stilvoll u. sehr gemütlich, m. edlen Materialien, wie Eiche-Fischgrät-Parkett, Naturstein, hochwertige Textilien u. Boxspringbetten. Das macht dieses Ferienhaus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Es verfügt über zwei kl. Wohnküche m. Polstersitzecke, zwei Wohnräumen mit je 2 komfortablen Schlafsofas, 5 Schlafzimmer, 4,5 Bäder, 4 davon m. Natursteindusche, begrünte, möblierte Süd-West-Terrasse und 2 Balkone.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Family-friendly apartment on the ground floor with magnificent views from every window. The house is located on the foothills of the Alps, so you can start hiking right from the threshold. There is a spacious terrace with a yard distant from the road and you can have a BBQ with friends while kids are playing. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the city center or to the train station, so the location is perfect. Enjoy the Bavarian spirit and the fresh air from the mountains here.

Meine Unterkunft ist im schönen Isarwinkel in Oberbayern, umrahmt von Bergen und Wiesen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage in mitten unserer einzigartigen Heckenlandschaft. Wir haben eine Landwirtschaft mit Milchviehbetrieb. Vor allem Kinder lieben es, die kleinen Kälbchen zu streicheln und mit den Katzen zu spielen. Es ist aber auch ein guter Rückzugsort für gestresste Paar oder Geschäftsreisende.
