The former entrepreneur's villa from 1936 is a jewel, which was able to preserve many treasures from the founding years in their original state through its eventful history. You park on the property line. Your luggage takes the elevator, you take the covered stairway on foot or, in dry sunshine, the stairs. After you have made the climb to the house, you come to a magnificent reception area. There is space for wardrobe, hiking boots, ski helmets, etc. From there you will find access to the kitchen, cellar, fireplace room and farmer's room as well as the stairs to the upper floor. On the upper floor are the three double rooms with the double beds and the bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an extra toilet. A narrow staircase leads to the attic to the extremely comfortable double rooms with single beds. In the basement there is the sauna with plunge pool and relaxation area in the garden, 2 showers, 1 toilet, relaxation area with fireplace and a separate single room.

The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. The tourist tax 50 cents/adult person/night is to be paid upon arrival in cash please. BARREL SAUNA IS FOR THE EXTRA FEE.

It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Im Garten gibt es auch eine urige, holzbeheizte finnische Blockhaus-Sauna, die wir gern für einen Aufpreis von 15 € für dich anheizen.
